Graduated in Law from the Anahuac University, Master in Senior Management with a specialty in Marketing from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. Diploma in Intellectual Property from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico.
She is Of Counsel or external Counselor/Advisor, a founding member of CASOH, with more than seven years of experience in the area of intellectual property. His practice mainly includes advice on national and international trademarks, litigation, "due diligence", copyright, advertising law, and intellectual property contracts. He is also a professor of the Master's Degree in Intellectual Property at the Universidad Anáhuac Campus Puebla.
Diego F. Martínez

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México's Law School. Master's degree in Criminal Trial and Accusatory System from the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (INACIPE).
He is an Of Counsel, with over 8 years of experience in Criminal Law matters, a practice in which he stands out for counseling on crime prevention and Anti Money-Laundering as well as legal representation in litigation both in support of victims, as well as defense in criminal proceedings and in amparo proceedings in criminal matters. Likewise, he teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Procedures.
